First approach
LEARN FROM AN ASTRONAUT
Astronauts have the ultimate perspective of themselves and of earth. They literally see the bigger picture, as one ecosystem. They see interconnectedness instead of separation. They see something we all know but we aren’t aware of.
Seeing earth from outer space is a life changing experience that creates a cognitive shift in awareness; the so called ‘overview effect’.
Research shows that this overview effect leads to a change in behavior that is lasting.
You’ll experience the overview effect by being taken into space through the exclusive content and stories of astronaut André Kuipers; the keynote speaker.
Second approach
GETTING YOUR MINDSET IN OVERVIEW MODE
Creating this “overview effect” requires mastering a specific mental and physical state: a coherent physiology.
During this unique program you’ll be trained to build your psychological capital and train to get into this coherent state. We work with the heart coherence methodology a revolutionary scientifically proven method which facilitates pathways to your higher complex brain functions. This will pave the way towards the state of “overview”.
Our licensed heart coherence experts, Dr. Stefan Ottenheijm and Beatrijs van Brakel will thoroughly explain and show how strongly our heart influences our brain and mindset. They’ll learn you how to shift your heart rhythm into the ultimate coherence from where you’ll have full access to your ‘overview mode’. From there you’ll work during this program on redefining your purpose, position and values as a leader.
