He has seen over and over again that we are able to let our health and performance flourish in a sustainable manner.


Stefan is a medically experienced physician in integrative medicine and lifestyle healthcare. For many years he worked as a doctor in various departments of hospitals, of which over 10 years in the emergency department.

For the past 10 years he has been practising lifestyle healthcare and various methods to strengthen people's health, including heart coherence training. Stefan is a healthcare specialist with a multi-discipline vision on healthcare and well-being.
